He coordinates work with the Communications Administration of Henan Province, the Energy Regulatory Office of National Energy Administration of Henan Province, the Tobacco Monopoly Bureau (Company) of Henan Province, the China Tobacco Henan Industrial Co., Ltd., the China Unicom Group Henan Co., Ltd., the China Mobile Group Henan Co., Ltd., the China Telecom Group Co., Ltd., the Henan Branch of China Tower Corporation, the Sinopec Henan Oil Products Company, the PetroChina Henan Sales Branch, the State Grid Henan Electric Power Co., Ltd., the Henan Branch of China Huaneng Group, the SPIC Henan Electric Power Co., Ltd., the GD Henan Electric Power Co., Ltd., the Datang Henan Power Generation Co., Ltd., the Henan Branch of China Huadian Corporation, and the China Gold Henan Co., Ltd.
He also coordinates work with the Office of the Civil-Military Integration Development Committee of the CPC Henan Provincial Committee (the Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense of Henan Province), and the Federation of Industry and Commerce of Henan Province.
