At approximately 3:40 p.m. on December 17, a freight train loaded with Jiaozuo-made products, including automotive tyres and titanium dioxide, departed from the North Henan International Land Port in the Bo'ai Economic and Technological Development Zone for Qingdao Port. This marks the successful launch of the Henan-Shandong road-rail-sea multimodal transport service in Jiaozuo.

These goods will be loaded onto ships at Qingdao Port and transported across the ocean to overseas customers. At the launch ceremony, Yang Xiangzheng, the deputy general manager of Henan Tianji Tyre Co.,Ltd., watched as ten containers filled with tyres produced by his company began their journey to Tanzania in Africa. "In the past, we had to transport them by truck to the port and then repackage them, which was both time-consuming and costly. Now, the cargo can be loaded directly into containers, cutting costs by 30 percent while improving safety and efficiency," said Yang.
On the same day, Jiaozuo People's Government, China Railway Zhengzhou Bureau Group, and Shandong Port Group signed a cooperation agreement to jointly promote the construction of the Henan-Shandong road-rail-sea multimodal transport corridor.
