On May 24, at the major project signing ceremony of the 21st China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair (ICIF) Investment Promotion Conference, two Henan-based companies signed major deals.
Among them, Henan Guomai Cultural Industry Park Co., Ltd. signed an agreement with BYD Co., Ltd. to jointly build a national demonstration hub for integrating intangible cultural heritage with technological innovation.

As a national demonstration base for the cultural industry, Henan Guomai Cultural Industry Park has long been dedicated to the preservation and transmission of intangible cultural heritage. It has developed a comprehensive and well-structured educational system for cultural studies. BYD, a leader in the new energy vehicle sector, will work with Guomai under the agreement to explore in-depth cooperation in cultural heritage and technological innovation.
Together, they will create the "D Space", a "Culture + Technology" experience zone where visitors can immerse themselves in the unique charm of Chinese culture integrated with cutting-edge technology. "D Space" will feature hands-on learning programs in traditional arts such as woodblock printing, shadow puppetry, paper cutting, and seal engraving. The collaboration also includes the co-design and development of culturally inspired gift sets, heritage performances, and creative cultural products that embody the essence of traditional Chinese culture.
At the signing ceremony, Henan Simuwu Cultural Communication Co., Ltd. signed a tripartite agreement with Sichuan Heiyan Film & Television Media Co., Ltd. and Qingmei (Beijing) Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd., with a total contract value of 98 million yuan. The three parties will jointly produce ananimated film and television project Heroes Protecting Simuwu Ding (an ritual bronze vessel).
Henan Simuwu Cultural Communication Co., Ltd. is a key cultural tourism enterprise in Anyang, specializing in bronze sculpture, bronze handicrafts, and creative cultural tourism products themed on the Shang Dynasty (1600 BC-1046 BC). Sichuan Heiyan Film & Television Media Co., Ltd. is one of China's first digital visual art companies, with expertise ranging from art design for films, animated series, and games to scene design for theme parks, cultural tourism attractions, and exhibition halls.
