Finally home! At 9 a.m. on October 22, the Swan Lake National Urban Wetland Park in Sanmenxia city of Central China's Henan province welcomed the first batch of 16 overwintering swans this year, including several newborns. Accompanying the swans were two white spoonbills, thirteen black-tailed godwits, herons, and a flock of cormorants and red-billed gulls. By 3:30 p.m., a total of 40 swans had flown into the park.
