The Central China Innovation and Entrepreneur Center of the Western Returned Scholars Association of China made its debut at Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone (ZAEA) in Central China's Henan province on July 15. The Western Returned Scholars Association of ZAEA of Henan was also founded on the same day.
The Central China Innovation and Entrepreneur Centeris the second innovation and entrepreneur center established nationwide by the Western Returned Scholars Association of China, jointly built by the associations of Henan, Shanxi, Hubei, and Hunan provinces. Now, the Central China Innovation and Entrepreneur Center has formed a mechanism featuring "one center, multiple incubation zones".
The "one center" refers to the Digital Health Industry Park, which is the core of the Central China Innovation and Entrepreneur Center, while the "multiple incubation zones" refer to the establishment of various innovation and entrepreneur bases in the existing industrial parks of ZAEA featuring strong vitality in innovation and entrepreneurship, excellent service support, and high concentration of returned Chinese talents.
The Central China Innovation and Entrepreneur Centeralsoprovides 10preferential policies for returned Chinese talents' innovation and entrepreneurship.For instance,the center organizeseligible high-end entrepreneurial teams to apply for funding support from the Science and Technology Department of Henan,with amaximum amount of 20 million RMB. The center also provides subsidies for rent, entrepreneurial awards or startup grants to these teams. The center provides top-notch innovation and entrepreneurship services to newly introduced or cultivated high-end talents, not only assisting them in applying for green cards, but also offering comprehensive services including children's education, housing guarantees, healthcare, and leisure and fitness facilities.
