Dogwood in full bloom

Photo taken on March 20 shows the charming scenery in the hinterland of Funiu Mountain located in Dongping village, Taiping town, Xixia county, Nanyang city of Central China's Henan province during the early spring, with dogwood blooming and mountains and valleys turning entirely golden. Relying on ecological resources, farmers in Xixia county actively develop ecological agriculture in recent years, planting 220,000 mu (1 mu equals about 666 square meters) of dogwood with an annual output of 4,000 tons, which has become a new way to increase their income and achieve prosperity for local farmers.
