In 2023, Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone saw its added value of industrial enterprises above designated size, fixed asset investment, total retail sales of consumer goods and general public budget revenue up 20 percent, 24.8 percent, 15 percent and 5.4 percent respectively. Besides, its foreign trade value stood at 414.362 billion yuan, accounting for 51.11 percent of the provincial total. It is worth noting that Xinzheng Comprehensive Bonded Zone reported a foreign trade value of 407.278 billion yuan, ranking 1st among 166 comprehensive bonded zones across China.
