Mobile phones enrich our daily life, and have gradually become our inseparable "friends". Do you know that there is also a "dual-camera mobile phone" displayed in Zhengzhou Museum?
Really? Did ancient Chinese people already use mobile phones?
What does the "mobile phone" in Zhengzhou Museum look like? Follow me!
Actually, this artifact is a stone shovel with two holes, only resembling a dual-camera mobile phone. Dating back to the Yangshao Culture period (7000-5000 BC), it was used for agricultural production. It is possible that the two holes were drilled to facilitate the installation of wooden handles. However, drilling holes from either side of the shovel is likely to cause problems such as unstable wooden handles. Therefore, considering its thickness, it is possible that the shovel is an unfinished tool, or reflects the immature drilling technology at that time.
Stone shovel was an important tool for agricultural production from the Neolithic Age to the Xia, Shang and Zhou dynasties in China.
The "dual-camera mobile phone" lying in the museum, isn't it cool?
