Cambodia Angkor Air established a business service company and a representative office in Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone in Zhengzhou city of Central China's Henan province on May 25, marking the first headquarters of foreign airlines in Henan, and a solid step in advancing the "Zhengzhou-Phnom Penh" dual-hub strategy and the Henan-Cambodia-ASEAN "Air Silk Road".
"The Zhengzhou-Luxembourg 'Air Silk Road' provides freight services only and targets the European markets, while the Henan-Cambodia-ASEAN 'Air Silk Road' provides both freight and passenger services and targets the Asian markets," said a source from Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone when describing the significance of Cambodia Angkor Air's Chinese headquarters in Zhengzhou.
