Updates on COVID-19 in Henan Province to 24:00, November 16, 2021
1 asymptomatic local case (in Zhengzhou) and 1 asymptomatic case (inbound) were reported in Henan province between 00:00-24:00 on November 16, 2021. No confirmed or suspected cases were newly added. 2 confirmed local cases were discharged from hospital upon recovery.
From July 31, 2021 to 24:00 November 16, 2021, 238 confirmed local cases were reported in the province in total, out of whom 167 were discharged from hospital upon recovery. 71 confirmed cases are receiving treatment in designated hospital.
From January 21, 2020 to 24:00 November 16, 2021, 1,632 confirmed cases (1,511 local cases and 121 inbound cases) were reported in the province in total. 79 cases (71 local cases and 8 inbound cases) are receiving treatment in designated hospital.10 asymptomatic cases (1 local case and 9 inbound cases) are under medical observation. Of the traced 48,676 close contacts, 2833 are under medical observation.
